Itinerary/Overview:

DAY 1: ARRIVE IN CALGARY. TRANSFER TO BANFF: Arrive at Calgary International Airport and travel west into the mountains. Your scheduled transfer brings you to the welcoming town of Banff, set within Canada’s first national park. Settle into your accommodations and take a stroll through the mountain streets or along the Bow River. The evening is yours to relax and adjust to the alpine air. Overnight: Banff Caribou Lodge (or similar)

DAY 2: EXPLORE BANFF: Spend the day exploring Banff at leisure, surrounded by the peaks and valleys of Canada’s first national park. Stroll through town to browse local shops, galleries, and cafés, or visit the museums that share the region’s mountain heritage. You may choose to purchase tickets for the Banff Gondola to reach the summit of Sulphur Mountain, where boardwalk trails reveal panoramic alpine views. Alternatively, join an optional guided wildlife tour for a chance to spot elk, bears, or bighorn sheep in their natural habitat. Overnight: Banff Caribou Lodge (or similar)

DAY 3: GUIDED ICEFIELDS PARKWAY JOURNEY FROM BANFF TO JASPER: Travel north along the legendary Icefields Parkway, a full-day scenic transfer linking Banff and Jasper National Parks. Along the route, stop at turquoise lakes, glacier viewpoints, and alpine waterfalls while your guide shares stories of geology and ecology. Pause at the Columbia Icefield for a closer look at this living landscape before continuing to the mountain town of Jasper, your base for the next two nights. Meal: Packed lunch/Overnight: Crimson Jasper (or similar)

DAY 4: DISCOVER JASPER: Enjoy a full day to explore Jasper, a welcoming mountain town surrounded by the vast landscapes of Jasper National Park. The town is easy to navigate on foot, with local shops, cafés, and restaurants offering a relaxed pace and friendly community feel. For a deeper look at the park’s natural world, join the optional Jasper Wildlife Discovery Tour. This guided experience reveals the area’s quieter corners while searching for elk, deer, bears, moose, and mountain goats, an engaging way to connect with the park’s untamed residents and the stories that shape their mountain home. Overnight: Crimson Jasper (or similar)

DAY 5: TRANSFER TO LAKE LOUISE: Depart your Jasper hotel and travel south along the Icefields Parkway, once again taking in the glacier-fed rivers, alpine valleys, and towering peaks that define this world-renowned route. Upon arrival in the village of Lake Louise, check in to your hotel. Visiting the lake itself requires an advance shuttle reservation for access. The remainder of the day is yours to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air in this serene alpine setting. Overnight: Lake Louise Inn (or similar)

DAY 6: RETURN TO CALGARY AIRPORT: Enjoy your final morning in the Rockies before your scheduled transfer returns you to Calgary via Banff. As the mountain peaks give way to open foothills, reflect on your journey through Canada’s most iconic landscapes and the welcoming communities that bring the Rockies to life.

PAYMENTS

Deposits: More than 30 days from departure, deposits of 25% or $100 per person for multi-day tours unless otherwise noted; full payment at the time of booking for flights, rail, transfers & day tours. There are tours and experiences which will require a different deposit structure and you will be advised prior to booking if this is the case.

Final Payment: Payment in full is required at the time of booking for reservations made less than 30 days before departure.

Credit card bookings: Your authorization to use your credit card number for deposit and/or final payment indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization of your credit card confirms your reservation. For security purposes, we are required to collect the passenger’s credit card billing address as well as the CVV code.

For individual reservations, the following cancellation fees apply per person (unless otherwise noted):

• Airfare is non-refundable at the time of booking, whether it is a component in a package or stand-alone.
• 61 days or more to the departure date, we provide a full refund minus a $75 transaction fee.
• 60 days to 31 days prior to departure date 50% of the total price (unless otherwise stated)
• 30 days to, including on and after departure date 100% of the total price.

Cancellation fees may also apply to any additional services, including accommodations and optional excursions, reserved prior to, during, and after the tour. The cancellation policy for each tour may vary due to more flexible COVID-19 terms. Please verify with a Landsby travel advisor if you have any questions.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS TO TOURS

Tour cancellation: Landsby reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. Landsby will try to re-book the same or a similar tour.

Landsby cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through Landsby.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Landsby recommends that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

INFECTIOUS DISEASE AND COVID-19

You acknowledge the risks related to the spread of infectious or contagious diseases. It remains the responsibility of you, the traveller, to take the necessary precautions applicable to health hazards, including but not limited to COVID-19. To ensure the safety of all guests and employees, resortS/hotels/airlines and cruise lines may have mandatory safety protocols in place, and the availability of their services and facilities may be impacted without notice.

PARTICIPATION

For the benefit of everyone on your vacation, Landsby reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant and to remove from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.

TRAVELLERS WHO NEED SPECIAL ASSISTANCE OR SPECIAL NEEDS

We ask you to outline any disability or special needs requiring attention to Landsby at the time the reservation is made. Landsby will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travellers, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Most transportation services, including the touring motorcoach, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We regret that we cannot guarantee individual assistance to a tour participant for walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travellers who require such assistance and must assume full responsibility for the handicapped participant’s well-being. Motorized scooters are unsuitable for touring vacations in Europe.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not allowed on transportation that is exclusively provided by Landsby.

PRICE GUARANTEE

All tour prices are based on rates (including foreign exchange rates) available at the time of booking. The current price will be confirmed at the time of reservation. Prices are quoted in Canadian funds. However, once Landsby has received your deposit for any tour, that land price is guaranteed, and any subsequent land cost increases are at our expense, not including surcharges and any government tax increases. Airfares included as part of air-inclusive tour prices are guaranteed at the time of booking. Tour prices are per person, based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. Single-room supplements along with triple and quad room reductions are listed where applicable.

PASSPORTS & VISAS

All passengers require a valid passport. Certain countries require that the passport be valid for 6 months beyond the date of return. It is the passengers’ responsibility to obtain all visas and entry documents, and for meeting all health advisories and any documents required by laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries to be visited. ACCOMMODATIONS & SERVICES

The Operators shall be responsible to the passenger for supplying the services and accommodations outlined in this brochure, except where such services cannot be fulfilled or the itinerary is changed due to delays or other causes beyond the control of the Operators. In most circumstances, the Operators will do their best to provide comparable services, accommodation, and itineraries. No refunds will be given in this scenario.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

One suitcase per person is allowed on our tours. Due to limited coach capacity, this single bag should weight should not exceed 50 lbs (23kg). Airline baggage allowance may vary by carrier. We regret we are unable to accept a second suitcase, or any luggage exceeding these limits. Air carriers may also impose fees if the size or weight limits on checked or carry-on luggage are exceeded. Carry-on bags should not exceed airline restrictions. For safety reasons, wheeled carry-on bags are not suitable as hand luggage on motorcoaches. No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the tour participant’s belongings. Baggage insurance is recommended.

REFUNDS

Please note that any request for a refund is subject to the terms and conditions of the brochure; no refund can be made for unused services, for unused transportation where group activity tickets are involved, or for voluntary modifications made by the tour participant.

RESPONSIBILITY

Landsby and its employees and agents only act as representatives of the passengers and accept no responsibility for the passengers or for the quality of services provided in hotels, by airlines, trains, buses, or any other vehicle used in connection with the trip. This also applies to delays, luggage loss or damage, or accidents incurred by passengers resulting from the use of these means of transportation, whatever the cause. If for the comfort or well-being of passengers or for any other reason, it becomes necessary or advisable to change itinerary or arrangements, these changes will be made without any compensation due.

Landsby shall not be liable for failure in any of its obligations including any loss or damage resulting from any delay, cancellation, adverse weather conditions, loss of personal belongings, illness, bodily injury, accident, death, deterioration of Services, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or frustration, either mental or physical due to any Acts of God, force majeure or third party wrongdoing.

All bookings made with any provider of transport, facilities, meals, other goods or of any services, are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by them in relation to matters not covered by our agreement. This includes any of the above-mentioned Operators in the Landsby group of companies.

It is your responsibility to comply with the terms, conditions, or requirements of any service provider, or any country or governmental authorities, or to bear any costs or losses incurred as a consequence of your not complying with them.

Every effort is made to ensure product accuracy, however, Landsby cannot be held responsible for printing or typographical errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.

ITINERARY VARIATIONS

Landsby constantly strives to improve its itineraries. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods, duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order, in which case hotels may change from those stated on the itinerary pages.
