Terms & Conditions

  • Air North packaged products terms and conditions supersede any fare rules and terms of carriage established by Air North with regards to any changes (including passenger names and travel dates) and cancellations.
  • Air North gift certificates and flight credits are applicable towards our flights and cargo services only and not applicable towards packaged products.
  • Packages are subject to availability and may not be available on all flights/dates.
  • Packages must be booked at least 14 days in advance of departure.
  • Changes and cancellations can be made up until 30 days prior departure (some packages are more than 30 days prior departure) for a fee of $52.50 including tax.
  • No changes are permitted within 30 days of departure.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of departure are 100% non-refundable.
  • No-shows forfeit 100% of package price.
  • Additional terms and conditions, as supplied by or applicable to the third-parties we work with for accommodation, adventures, or other add-ons, may also apply to any purchases made through Air North Getaways. These will be noted where possible and/or provided separately at the time of booking.
